I know that he has taken the time to figure me out as a competitor and others as well. His approach to train each of us is unique because we are all unique fighters. He will do the same for you.

He is a competitor himself, a great one, and he knows what it takes to compete at the highest level and he will share this with you. All you need to show in return is heart and discipline. Why did I win Pan Ams? Maybe for a couple of reasons, but you can bet your life on the fact that he was coaching me from the sides, telling me opponents were tougher than they were because he knew that as an individual I perform better that way. A great coach, great competitor, a great friend.
